A leading Reputation Management firm with Head Office in Lagos is looking for qualified Professionals to fill the under listed vacant positions:
Responsibilities:
- As their Client service officer you will be responsible for driving their customer service strategy and implementation.
- The individual will plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organisational and operational objectives.
- The individual will work with the rest of the team to drive the deployment of our customer satisfaction and retention plans amongst other things.
- The Client Service Manager will handle the business end of the enterprise, providing the core link between the group and the clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Applicant must have a minimum of Masters Degree
- Eight(
years experience in the practice of Reputation Management, Marketing Communications or Marketing - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- A good mixer and strong Leadership skills
- Must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision.
