We understand that an effective way of grabbing the attention of the media and ensuring multi-angled reportage is by engaging them in a captive environment spiced with informal interactions and constructive networking. We have an opportunity in our organization for the position of Senior Client Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close renewal contracts with assigned clients
- Provide focused contact and assistance to clients based upon their needs and challenges ensuring client satisfaction and encourages client loyalty
- Continually update client profile information so that we may identify opportunity and problems early
- Coordinate web and on-site trainings for clients
- Ensure existing clients have the most up-to-date programs, databases and learning tools
- Provide assistance to the new Sales Group when selling additional products and to the Professional Services Group for client related matters
- Continually seek opportunities and develop programs to positively impact the client experience
- Negotiate and close contracts for additional products and or services with assigned clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A good degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Good mixer and strong Leadership skills
- Must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision.
